Larry's practice includes toxic tort litigation, products liability, admiralty and premises liability with special emphasis on mass toxic tort litigation.  Larry also has extensive experience in insurance coverage and handles commercial trucking accident litigation.  Larry received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and received his law degree from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas.
Larry has been admitted to practice in the State Bar of Texas, U.S. District Courts in the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas , and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.  Larry is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization of the State of Texas.
 
For over thirty (30) years, Larry has tried over seventy-five (75) cases as lead counsel in jury trials involving a wide spectrum of civil litigation, including general personal injury claims, product liability claims, premises liability claims, medical malpractice, insurance coverage disputes, business and commercial disputes, worker's compensation claims, industrial accidents and disease claims, toxic torts claims, and a broad area of other insurance defense and civil litigation matters.  At the present time, Larry's practice consists mainly of products liability and toxic tort litigation.  In addition, Larry spends a great deal of his time defending commercial trucking accidents.
