Chris' practice emphasis is on handling the defense of cases involving medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, and litigation against common carriers in complex litigation. Chris has a broad range of litigation experience through trial and appeal. Some of his recent matters include the representation of multi-national transportation companies in litigation arising out of catastrophic accidents, representation of physicians and physician groups hospitals in medical negligence and general liability cases, and winning the affirmance of a take-nothing judgment on behalf of a physician. He has additional experience in toxic tort, pharmaceutical litigation, and litigating commercial disputes.

Chris has been named a "Rising Star" in Texas Monthly on multiple occasions, most recently from 2009-11.
